Westfield center brings nearly $3.6M

Creekside Centre of Westfield, a four-building, 45,800-square-foot office and retail center, has sold, the local office of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services announced Jan. 22.

Marcus & Millichap listed the property, which brought nearly $3.6 million, or 95 percent of the asking price, the firm said.

Brokers Joseph DiSalvo and Matthew Deahl represented the buyer and seller, neither of which was undisclosed.

The center, at 701 E. Main St. in Westfield, is anchored by MaxIT Healthcare, Domino’s Pizza and All-Star Veterinary Clinic.

It was built on six acres in 2001 and is 89-percent occupied, according to marketing materials.
