A Marion County Corrections Officer has been accused of molesting a teenage girl for nearly two years. Richard Alsup, 39, faces charges of child molestation, incest and sexual misconduct with a minor. The 14-year-old victim says she was raped twice in early March at Alsup’s west-side apartment. When questioned, investigators say Alsup wasn’t sure if the incidents had occurred. If convicted, he could face 90 years in prison.
