Daniels, advocates mark Child Abuse Awareness Month-WEB ONLY

Advocates for children joined Gov. Mitch Daniels at the Statehouse this morning to raise awareness about child abuse and neglect, and to gain the support of community members in the effort to protect victims. The event marked the official beginning of Child Abuse Prevention Month. Tonight, families will gain free admission to the Children’s Museum of Indianapolis, where Prevent Abuse Indiana will offer important information to parents and kids.
