A major section of Keystone Avenue in Carmel is now closed for construction. Keystone between 131st Street and U.S. 31 will remain shut down for about 45 days. Carmel city leaders say the closure will help save more than a half-million dollars in construction costs and allow the new Keystone-136th Street interchange to open before the start of next school year.
