Body found in White River may be missing boater-WEB ONLY

Police hope they have solved the case of a boater last seen on Valentine’s Day. Crews were called to the 4300 block of North Michigan Road yesterday after a bird watcher spotted a body in the White River. Ethan Runnels vanished two months ago while canoeing. Investigators won’t be able to make a positive identification until an autopsy is complete. Police say the victim’s clothing matched what Runnels was wearing the day he disappeared.
