The Municipal Corporations Committee of the City-County Council will hold a special meeting today to discuss funding problems and possible solutions for the Capital Improvement Board. The committee has invited the Indianapolis Colts and the Indiana Pacers to engage in an open discussion of the CIB’s recent financial problems. The public meeting begins at 6 p.m. in Room 260 of the City-County Building. Fox 59 will have more at 10 p.m.
