A youth minister at Greenwood’s Salvation Army Church has been arrested and charged with child molestation following an investigation by the Franklin Police Department. Police arrested Jonathan James Hartman, 29, after a 15-year-old old girl reported she was pregnant. The investigation revealed two more female victims who are also 15.
