Rankings of Indiana and Purdue universities’ MBA programs moved only slightly from last year, according to U.S. News & World Report’s annual survey of graduate programs released today.

Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business dropped two slots into a four-way tie for 22nd, while Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management improved one position to 32nd.

The University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business placed 33rd.

Meanwhile, several graduate programs at state universities placed in the top 20.

Purdue’s engineering program was ranked 12th and its computer science program 19th.

IU’s sociology program placed 11th and its education program 19th.

The IU and Notre Dame law schools finished just outside the top 20, tying at 23rd.

Overall, for top public schools, Purdue ranked 26th and IU 30th.
