A proposal to provide longer prison terms for those who cause the death of an unborn child awaits Gov. Mitch Daniels’ signature. Katherin Shuffield was five months pregnant in April last year when she was shot during a robbery at an Huntington Bank in Indianapolis. The twin girls she was carrying did not survive the ordeal. Fox 59 will have more at 10 p.m.
