-New York-based Nightingale Properties has hired Kevin Gillihan of JLL as leasing agent for the 705,202-square-foot Regions Tower at the northeast corner of Ohio and Pennsylvania streets.

-Worldwide Battery leased 25,300 square feet of industrial space at 9955 Westpoint Drive. The landlord, Clarion Partners, was represented by Fritz Kauffman and Bryan Poynter of Cassidy Turley. The tenant represented itself.

-TwoDEEP Brewing Co. leased 7,000 square feet of retail space at 714 N Capitol Ave. The tenant and landlord, Mahrdt Properties Inc, were represented by Stacia Yeager of Encore Sotheby’s International Realty.

-Midwest Constructors LLC leased 6,313 square feet of office space at 600 Kentucky Ave. The landlord, Mahrdt Properties Inc, was represented by Stacia Yeager of Encore Sotheby’s International Realty. The tenant represented itself.
 
-The American Red Cross leased 4,726 square feet of office space at 1518 E. Washington St. The landlord, Mahrdt Properties Inc, was represented by Stacia Yeager of Encore Sotheby’s International Realty. The tenant represented itself.

-Sellers Industries Inc. leased 4,000 square feet of industrial space at 1445 Brookville Way. The landlord, First Industrial Realty Trust Inc., was represented by Brian Buschuk and Brian Seitz of JLL. The tenant was represented by Brian Dell of Cushman & Wakefield/Summit.

-Venturi Technologies Inc. leased 2,880 square feet of industrial space at 1761 N. Sherman Drive. The landlord, Brookside Industrial Park LLC, was represented by Fritz Kauffman, Michael Weishaar and Scott O’Neil of Cassidy Turley. The tenant represented itself.
                
-Bub’s Bakery leased 1,000 square feet of retail space at Greenbriar Shopping Center, 1323 W. 86th St. The landlord, Prime Property Investors Fund, was represented by Keith Fried of Sitehawk Retail Real Estate. The tenant represented itself.
