Community Health Network named Joseph Hooper president of Community Howard Regional Health in Kokomo. When he begins Dec. 15, Hooper will replace Ron Lewis, who has served as interim president for the region over the past six months. Hooper comes to Community from OhioHealth, where he most recently served as chief operating officer for Marion General Hospital. Hooper received a bachelor’s degree in public administration from Wright State University and a master’s degree in health care administration from Ohio State University.

Dr. Juliana Meyer, a surgical oncologist, has joined Franciscan Physician Network’s Breast Specialists practice. Meyer previously worked at the Naab Road Surgery Group. She received her undergraduate degree in psychobiology at Centre College in Kentucky and earned her medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine.
