Arts for Learning received grants of $2,000 from the Shaw-Burckhardt-Brenner Foundation and $1,500 from the Office Depot Foundation to support its arts education programming.
Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership was awarded a grant of $6.3 million by Lilly Endowment to help increase safe and affordable housing and support neighborhood development and revitalization.
The Mind Trust received a gift of $3.42 million from Lilly Endowment to fund its Teach for America and New Teacher Project programs.
Forty-five organizations received a total of $205,000 in grants from Buckingham Foundation Inc. in 2014.
Beech Grove City Schools received $2,960 from Indiana Members Credit Union as part of IMCU’s school spirit debit card program.
