Sherry Slick was named chief information officer at Indianapolis-based OurHealth, which operates employer health clinics. Slick previously ran her own IT consulting firm, AchieveEHR, and before that, was chief information officer at the OrthoIndy physician practice. She holds a bachelor’s degree in health information management from IUPUI and bachelor’s degrees in business and computer science from Ball State University.

Dr. Richard Freeman, a thoracic surgeon, has been named regional chief medical officer at St. Vincent Indianapolis Hospital, which includes Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital at St. Vincent; St. Vincent Women’s Hospital, the St. Vincent Stress Center, St. Vincent Hospice and St. Vincent Seton Specialty Hospital. A U.S. Navy veteran, Freeman holds a medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston and an MBA from the University of Texas-Dallas and the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School.
