Bob Brody, CEO of Franciscan St. Francis Health, will take a new job July 1 as chief operating officer for ambulatory services for the entire 13-hospital Franciscan Alliance. Brody will be replaced by Dr. James Callaghan, president of Franciscan St. Anthony Health facilities in Michigan City. Brody, who became Franciscan’s Indianapolis CEO in 1996, holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston College and a master’s of health administration from Duke University. Callaghan earned a bachelor’s degree at the University of Notre Dame, a medical degree at the University of Illinois and an MBA at Purdue University.

First Person Inc., an Indianapolis-based benefits consultancy, has hired Todd Richardson as entrepreneur in residence. Richardson was executive vice president of administration at ExactTarget Inc., leading its human resources and legal teams. Before that, he was general counsel at homebuilder CP Morgan and a health care attorney at Hall Render Killian Heath & Lyman. He holds a bachelor’s degree and a law degree from Indiana University.

Jennifer Hansen, an adult nurse practitioner, has joined St. Vincent Medical Group, working with the high-risk breast program at the new St. Vincent Women’s Center in Carmel. She earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing and an adult nurse practitioner degree from Purdue University.
