Ellenberger Park skating rink on thin ice-WEB ONLY

Indy Parks and Recreation will host a public meeting tonight at 6 p.m. to discuss a plan to close the skating rink at Ellenberger Park. City officials say Indianapolis lost about $165,000 last year trying to keep the 47-year-old rink open.
