Zach Cattell will become president of the Indiana Health Care Association on June 13, replacing Scott Tittle, who is leaving to become executive director of the National Center for Assisted Living. Since 2010, Cattell has been IHCA general counsel and directory of regulatory affairs and reimbursement services. Previously, Cattell practiced law at Indianapolis-based firms Faegre Baker Daniels and Krieg DeVault. He also served as director of government relations for the Indiana State Medical Association, the Indiana Academy of Family Physicians, and the Indiana State Department of Health. He earned a law degree from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.

Indianapolis-based Healthx, which makes information technology tools to help health insurers interact with patients and providers, has named Sean Downs as CEO. He was most recently CEO of Enclarity, a health care data firm, and before that, he was head of the health care and insurance division of Fair Isaac Corp. According to his LinkedIn profile, Downs did his bachelor’s degree studies at San Diego State University and California State University.

Fairbanks named Kent Brown as its CEO. Brown was previously chief operating officer of Northside Medical Center in Youngstown, Ohio. Before that, Brown was the CEO of Rogue Valley Medical Center in Medford, Oregon. Brown earned his bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from the University of Illinois and his MBA from the University of Iowa. He is a veteran of the United States Navy.
