A judge will sentence a former Franklin Township school bus driver today for being drunk while driving students home in March. Phillip Leslie pleaded guilty to a felony count of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Police say he drove more than 100 Franklin Township students home that day with a blood-alcohol level nearly three times the legal limit.
