Mangiacarne was the former medical director at Virginia Premier Health Plan and before that was an addictionologist for Pine Grove Behavioral Health and Addiction Services in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Mangiacarne earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from Lycoming College, his master’s degree in public health from the University of Southern Mississippi, and his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Racquel K. Reyes, an internist, has joined St. Vincent Medical Group in Fishers. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Roosevelt University in Chicago and her medical degree from the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center in the Philippines.
Dr. Meredith Taylor, an internist and pediatrician, has joined the Riverview Medical Group at the Prairie Lakers Family Medicine practice in Noblesville. Taylor earned her medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine.
