Twenty-one Indiana Chrysler dealers have until the end of the day to file an appeal as they try to stay in business. Chrysler is planning to shut down hundreds of dealerships on June 9 as part of its restructuring. Three of those dealers are in Indianapolis: Gene Beltz Shadeland Dodge, Palmer Dodge West on Pike Plaza Road and Palmer Dodge on East 96th Street. Combined, they employ about 90 people.
