It has been almost one year since severe flooding left thousands of Hoosiers with damaged or destroyed homes. The floods hit hardest in Johnson County, forcing the city of Franklin to bulldoze dozens of ruined houses. To mark the one-year anniversary, Johnson County Commissioners, fire and police chiefs and other city officials talked to the media this morning about emergency preparedness.
