Police say 55-year-old Stanley Roberts of Indianapolis fell about 50 feet when the device toppled for an unknown reason this afternoon. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say Roberts worked for Harmon Steel Inc. of Indianapolis.
The Indiana Occupational Safety and Health Administration and city police detectives are investigating the death.
