An Indianapolis mother facing felony neglect charges is expected to turn herself in today. Rachel Goodman is accused of letting her boyfriend, Tayuan Chism, beat her 15-month-old daughter to death in March. Chism is charged with murder. Goodman is also charged with failing to seek medical help for her daughter. She could face up to 50 years in prison.
