Investigators are trying to determine what led to the death of a local man found in a creek on the north side of Indianapolis. A group of children discovered the body of Antonio Toledo, 39, yesterday near the Creekwood Apartments between Michigan and Ditch roads. Toledo lived a few blocks from the creek and was last seen alive Thursday morning. Police believe Toledo drowned. An autopsy is expected today.
