The Indiana House is expected to vote today on a state budget proposed by the Democratic majority, but a bill to help fund the struggling Capital Improvement Board has stalled. The CIB bailout bill never made it out of a House committee. State senators will unveil their own budget proposal later this week, which is expected to include help for the CIB and its $47 million budget gap.
