A Zionsville man accused of bludgeoning his ex-wife to death made his first court appearance this morning and faces murder charges. Police say Michael Stayer, 31, attacked his ex-wife in her Whitestown home last week with a blunt object, possibly a hammer or a tire-iron. Beth Stayer, 34, died the next day at Methodist Hospital. Fox 59 will have more at 10 p.m.
