Three men face public indecency charges following a sex sting at Kokomo’s Reservoir Park. Kokomo and Logansport police conducted
the two-day sting Tuesday and Wednesday to reduce illegal sexual activity in the area. Officers arrested Anselmo Soto Jr.,
40, of Peru, on charges of public indecency and battery. They also arrested Robert L. Gillespie, 57, Peru; and Robert E. Howard,
70, Camby, on charges of public indecency.
