Manning, who spent his first 14 seasons with the Colts before joining the Denver Broncos for his final four, announced his retirement March 6 in Denver.
The Colts said team owner Jim Irsay and Manning will speak at a press conference.
Manning was a seven-time first-team All-Pro in Indianapolis and led the Colts to eight division championships.
