A rally at an Indianapolis church drew attention this morning to a recent rise in domestic violence. The number of domestic violence-related deaths in Indiana has already reached 15 this year. Today’s rally, dubbed “Enough Is Enough,” took place at North United Methodist Church. Fox 59 will have more at 10 p.m.
