Police are looking for a man suspected of shooting his girlfriend on Indianapolis’ east side this morning near the intersection of 34th Street and North Sherman Drive. Police say the 40-year-old victim walked to a gas station to call for help after she was shot in the chest. She is in stable condition at Methodist Hospital.
