Fishers-based Bluebridge LLC in February acquired Westfield-based Cadence Consulting LLC.

Santa Clara, California-based Crown Bioscience Inc. in March acquired Indianapolis-based PreClinOmics Inc.

Bismarck, North Dakota-based WBI Energy Inc. on June 24 acquired Dickinson, North Dakota-based Dakota Prairie Refining LLC from Indianapolis-based Calumet Specialty Products Partners.

New York-based Omni Holding Co. LLC on June 28 acquired Indianapolis-based City Real Estate Advisors Inc., a subsidiary of City Financial Corp.

Southlake, Texas-based Ancor Capital Partners in July acquired Indianapolis-based AIT Laboratories Inc. and merged it with HealthTrackRx of Denton, Texas.

Indianapolis-based FlashPoint Inc. on July 30 acquired Sonoma, California-based Sonoma Leadership Systems.

San Francisco-based Thoma Bravo LLC in September acquired Indianapolis-based T2 Systems Inc.

Indianapolis-based R2 Freight & Logistics Inc. on Oct. 20 acquired the transportation services division of Plainfield-based Integrated Distribution Services Inc.

Carmel-based Round Room LLC in November acquired Rocky Hill, Connecticut-based Wireless Zone. Round Room operates hundreds of stores under the name TCC, formerly The Cellular Connection.

Westfield-based Westfield Steel Inc. in November acquired Springfield, Ohio-based Remington Steel.

Indianapolis-based Cryogenic Solutions Inc. in November acquired New York-based Inventory Solutions.

Columbus, Ohio-based Installed Building Products Inc. in November acquired Indianapolis-based 3R Products & Services LLC.

Kansas City, Mo.-based DCA Outdoor Inc. on Dec. 1 acquired Indianapolis-based Brehob Nursery Inc.

Indianapolis-based R2 Freight & Logistics Inc. on Dec. 9 acquired Carmel-based enVista LLC.

Scottsdale, Arizona-based Due North Holdings LLC on Dec. 9 acquired Indianapolis-based Scotty’s Brewhouse.•
