Counts Counts

Warsaw-based Lake City Bank has hired Amy M. Counts as vice president and commercial banking officer, a move that adds depth to its Indianapolis-area operations.

Counts has more than 17 years of commercial banking experience, most recently at Salin Bank. She’ll be based in Lake City’s Greenwood office, which opened in January, and serve commercial customers in the Johnson County area.

Lake City has opened five local branches since it debuted in Indianapolis in 2012. Over that span, the bank went from $58 million in local deposits to $537 million in deposits.

Counts has a bachelor’s degree with a concentration in finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. She’s also secretary of the Center Grove Education Foundation and a board member of Center Grove Little League.•
