of Community Hospital East, the health care system announced this morning.
The appointments will be effective Aug.
31.
Lennen takes over for Mike Blanchet, who was promoted to president and CEO of Community Hospitals of Indianapolis
Inc. in May. Ledyard replaces Anita Harden, who retired in November and serves as president emeritus of the hospital.
Lennen most recently was managing director for Catalyst Healthcare Advisors, a local health care consulting company. Previously,
he was CEO of Major Hospital in Shelbyville from 1993 to 2008.
Ledyard has been with Community Health Network
since 1995, starting as a faculty member for the network’s family-practice residency program and eventually becoming program
director. She has served in a variety of roles at Community East, including physician advisor for case management, director
of the care management council, and member of the Community East facility team.
