As a subscriber you can listen to articles at work, in the car, or while you work out. Subscribe NowIndianapolis-based insurance broker ONI Risk Partners Inc. announced Tuesday that it would acquire Green Owens Insurance Inc., a 38-year-old independent agency based in Franklin.
Terms of the deal were not announced.
ONI Risk Partners was formed in mid-2016 through the merger of Atlanta-based Prime Risk Partners Inc.’s acquisition of Indianapolis-based Old National Insurance and its subsidiaries JWF Specialty Co. and Employee Plans LLC.
The combined company has more than 300 employees in offices in Indiana, Illinois and Kentucky. ONI offers commercial insurance, employee benefits and personal risk management products.
Green Owens has a dozen agents at offices in Franklin and Seymour. It offers auto, casualty, business and other lines of insurance products.
