CHIP to benefit from climbing together with Young Professionals Group to end homelessness on Oct. 14, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Scale the walls at EPIC Climbing, 1931 Stout Field Drive, which has 18,000 square feet of climbing surface! Cost: $40 includes day pass for Oct. 14, equipment rental and a Climb with CHIP t-shirt. 60% of proceeds will go to CHIP and its mission to drive a system-wide, community response to end homelessness in Indianapolis. Indianapolis Professional Association to benefit from networking/fundraising event on Oct. 27 from 6 to 9 p.m. at The District Tap, 3720 E. 82nd St., Clearwater Crossing. This year’s event will be directed toward local millennials and local tech sector. Cost: $30 before Oct.16 and $35 thereafter; table sponsorship, $600 or more with a seating of six, and a financial co-sponsorship ranges from $1,500-$3,500 with a seating up to six.
