Spickelmier Spickelmier

Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP announced the hiring of Chelsea Ringlespaugh Spickelmier and Nicholas Mollmann as associates in the real estate practice group of the law firm’s Indianapolis office.

The attorneys will represent clients in all aspects of real estate, including development, financing and leasing.

The firm has more than 70 real estate attorneys spread across nine Midwestern offices, with nearly a quarter based in Indianapolis.

Mollmann Mollmann

Spickelmier is a 2016 graduate of the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law

Before joining Taft, she was an associate at Beck Rocker in Columbus, Indiana, and Wooden McLaughlin in Indianapolis.

Mollman is a 2010 graduate of the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.

He previously worked for several real estate investment trusts, most recently Indianapolis-based Simon Property Group Inc.•
