Indianapolis-based developer Gene B. Glick Co. was recognized in late June by the National Apartment Association for a project near Keystone at the Crossing.
Glick was honored with the Best Community Award at the association’s annual Excellence Awards for the Quarry at River North complex, a 196-unit luxury project at 8901 River Crossing Blvd.
The Quarry opened in 2017 and features a resort-style pool, a dog park and a 24-hour fitness center.
The project beat out dozens of other 1- to 5-year-old, 150-plus-unit complexes that were entered in the category.•
