Elephant Bar, a popular California restaurant chain, is coming to Greenwood Park and Castleton Square malls, according to the 2006 year-end report released today by real estate brokerage Colliers Turley Martin Tucker.
The family-friendly restaurant with an exotic menu has more than 40 locations, mainly in California, Arizona and Colorado. It features “culinary pleasures of Asia, the tropics and sensational regional favorites,” along with 20 entrees under $10, according to the chain’s Web site.
The restaurant will be a tenant at new lifestyle centers Simon Property Group is building to replace real estate once occupied by L.S. Ayres.
