ITT Educational Services Inc. today reported fourth-quarter profit of $40.9 million, and $118.5 million for the year—up about 8 percent for both periods.
During the year, the Carmel-based technical school operators opened 11 schools and said it plans to launch six to eight in 2007. Yesterday, ITT announced that Rene Champagne would resign as CEO in April.
