Version of Lilly’s Prozac to treat pet’s separation anxiety

Eli Lilly and Co. plans to market a version of its depression drug Prozac to dog owners to treat their pets separation anxiety, according to Bloomberg.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration said the drug, called Reconcile, should be used along with a behavior modification plan. There are about 61.5 million pet dogs in the United States.
