Kokomo parts maker raises $136.5 million in IPO.

Haynes International Inc.’s long-expected initial public offering has generated $136.5 million that the Kokomo company plans to spend mostly to pay off debt and buy capital equipment.

The 2.1 million shares sold at $65 each, above the forecasted $61 to $64, Reuters reported.

Haynes, which has asked to be traded on NASDAQ under the ticker HAYN, manufactures alloy parts for aerospace as well as chemical processing and gas turbines.
