Clarian Health Partners Inc. has negotiated to acquire nearly 160 acres in Johnson County, near Bargersville. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Clarian officials said they could use the land, located at the southwest corner of State Road 135 and Whiteland Road in White River Township, to provide outpatient services and urgent care, with the potential to expand services over time. But no definite plan is in place.
The site would be accessible for residents of southern Marion County, as well as Johnson, Shelby, Bartholomew, Morgan and Monroe counties.
