Fake Zyprexa found by British regulators, report says

Three counterfeit batches of Zyprexa, Eli Lilly and Co.’s blockbuster schizophrenia drug, have been discovered in the supply chain in the United Kingdom, according to Reuters.

The product has been recalled by the U.K.’s Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency to err on the side of caution even though the agency thinks only two batches reached patients.

One arrest has been made, and an investigation is underway, the agency said.
