Carmel bank software developer Baker Hill plans to announce at its 1 p.m. news conference that it will create between 100 and 200 jobs, according to a source familiar with the announcement. The company has 200 employees in Carmel and a handful in other states.
Indiana Economic Development Corp. President Nate Feltman will be on hand for the event.
Local entrepreneur Mark Hill and other investors sold Baker Hill Corp. to Experian of Costa Mesa, Calif., in August 2005 for more than $75 million.
