Subscribe NowIndianapolis-based Autobase Inc. has been acquired by Dominion Enterprises of Norfolk, Va. for an undisclosed amount. Autobase makes software used by the automotive retail industry. Its founder and president, Bryan Anderson, will continue to lead the operations here. The company employs 140, most here in Indianapolis. A call to Autobase was not immediately returned. Dominion Enterprises is a unit of Landmark Communications Inc., which owns television stations and newspapers, including The Perry County News in Tell City.
