An Indianapolis mother will be in court Thursday, accused of threatening to kill her 1-year-old son. According to police, Margaret Figley had been arguing with her boyfriend, who is the child’s father. Figley is in the Marion County Jail, charged with neglect of a dependent and criminal recklessness after dangling her child from a second-floor balcony.
