Subscribe NowBeverly Hills-based Hilton Hotels Corp. has agreed to be bought by Blackstone Group for $20.1 billion. The deal, which gives Blackstone 2,800 hotels and 480,000 rooms in 76 countries, will make Blackstone the world’s largest hotel owner. There are two Hiltons in Indianapolis, one downtown and another on North Shadeland Avenue. The acquisition is expected to close in the fourth quarter pending shareholder approval.
