The firm plans to take 111,000 square feet of space in Chase Tower, a big expansion over its current 80,000-square-foot space in First Indiana Plaza. The departure of one of that building’s largest tenants is a big blow for owners who are trying to sell.
The move is scheduled for September 2008. The law firm, along with its public affairs division, will have a total of about 250 employees in Chase Tower.
