Locally based Duke Realty Corp. plans to build another north-side office building, this time along River Road near Keystone Avenue and Interstate 465.

And Duke already has signed a major tenant, locally based Advantage Health Solutions Inc., which will take 40,000 square feet of the 120,000-square-foot, four-story building.

The building will be constructed on six acres next door to Duke’s River Crossing I office building. Groundbreaking is scheduled this month with completion by July 2008.

Duke also recently built a new office building at Parkwood West in the North Meridian Street and I-465 submarket. That building is fully leased.

Jennifer Burke, senior vice president of Duke’s office group, said the company’s properties at Keystone and I-465 are 95-percent leased, meaning the area is ready for more Class A space.

Chad Collier and Tom Frank of Summit Realty Group represented Advantage Health in the deal, and Duke was represented by Aasif Bade.
