A Greenwood human resources firm plans to construct a 47,153-square-foot office building along Interstate 65 near a campus opened recently by Indiana Wesleyan University.
Tilson HR Inc. has contracted with Alderson Commercial Group to build the $6.5-million, two-story structure on one of the few remaining tracts in South Park Business Center, according to the Daily Journal of Franklin.
Formerly Adminiserve, the 12-year-old company is currently housed at 1499 Windhorst Way in Greenwood.
The company generated $119 million in revenue last year and has 35 workers.
