Sign Craft Industries buys Sign Studio

Sign Craft Industries, a full-service sign-making company headquartered in Indianapolis, has acquired cross-town sign maker Sign Studio for an undisclosed price, the companies announced today.

Sign Studio specializes in electric signs.

The acquisition will raise Sign Craft revenue to a projected $6 million this year. It was 4th on IBJ’s 2007 list of the largest Indianapolis-area sign companies, with 39 sign-production employees; Sign Studio was not ranked. The top-ranked company, Plainfield-based TKO Graphix, reported 2006 revenue of $8.9 million.

Sign Studio owner Douglas Euers is staying with the combined company as director of business development.

Sign Craft is owned by its president and CEO, Greg Beyerl.
